Here's a high-level overview of a digital deal room on Closed Won
A digital deal room is a space created and maintained by you and eventually shared with multiple stakeholders of the same prospect company. On Closed Won, you can find all deal rooms in the Proposals section
Every proposal consists of the following sections
Overview
This is where your Sales pitch deck goes. You can embed your pdf or link to your Google slides.
You also have access to a number of "blocks" that serve as standard templates to create popular sections like FAQ, Competitor Matrix, client logos etc.Pricing
This is where your pricing quotes go. Each quote is called a plan. You can build one or multiple plans within the pricing section and choose to display any, some or all of them to the prospect. You can deep dive on plans here
The building blocks of plans are products (SKUs). Products are built and maintained on the Product Catalog section and can be pulled into a plan seamlessly. At a plan level, you can modify each SKU by setting default projected usages and add custom discounts.

Mutual Action plan is a living document shared between you and the prospect to set expectations through the deal cycle.

You can link your Calendar here. Any service like Calendly, Cal.com or Google calendar that allows you to share a public calendar is embeddable in this section.Activity
This is where you get all the activity that the buyer side performs on the deal room. This section is visible only to you.

This section, like Activity, is only visible to you. Our AI agent will look for the most helpful resources and news alerts that concern this specific deal.
On the free plan, you are able to access these insights once per prospect. You are able to gather Intel on unlimited prospects. The Pro plan allows automatic refreshes of data on a frequent basis.Chat
Your prospects can collaborate with you asynchronously via Chat anytime.Settings
This is a control panel where you decide which sections are visible to the prospect. Note that even if you've opened up access to all your sections, the deal room is visible only to you until you choose to share it with the prospect.Preview
You are able to see your own proposal exactly how a buyer would potentially see. If you notice that the preview has some sections missing, it's likely that your Settings page has these sections disabled.Share
Whenever you're ready to share the proposal with potential prospects, you can share them by adding their emails.
Note that you can only invite individuals with your email domain and the prospect's email domain. This restriction allows your deal room to stay confidential.
